Founder & Senior Physiotherapist at totalmanual physio & fitness studio, with more than 22 years of experience in the field of rehabilitation.
He studied physiotherapy at the Athens Technological Educational Institute (ATEI), specialized in manipulative physiotherapy and sports physiotherapy, and completed his postgraduate studies (MSc) in metabolic musculoskeletal disorders at the Laboratory for Research of Musculoskeletal System of the Athens University Medical School. He is distinguished in the assessment and rehabilitation of neuromuscular and musculoskeletal dysfunctions, as well as in the management of symptoms arising from these conditions (pain management).
He volunteers as part of the physiotherapy team at the Spartathlon ultramarathon race, and has extensive hands-on experience in sports environments, having participated for over 17 years in handball teams. In recent years, he plays tennis recreationally and runs regularly over long distances, competing in marathons and half-marathons on both road and trail (long distance & trail running).

Co-owner, senior physiotherapist at totalmanual physio & fitness studio with over than 13 years of experience in the rehabilitation field.
Florica graduated in 2009 from St. Lawrence College gaining an international British education, within a diverse multicultural environment. She is multilingual with her first language being English and she is fluent in Greek and Filipino (Tagalog, Ilocano). She gained her academic degree in physiotherapy (BPthy) in 2012 from the Technological Educational Institution of Athens (A.T.E.I.). In 2018 she completed acclaimed Pilates course with Polestar Pilates. Currently, she is on the completion of becoming a registered Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, following the program of OMT Greece, the Orthopedic Manual Therapists’ Scientific Group of the Panhellenic Physiotherapy Association.
When she is not at the clinic, Florica spends time with her family, particularity running after her two adorable little girls! She is also a coffee enthusiast and is always on the look for new coffee roasters to try.
